the location offered easy access to key areas it was only minutes to baixa and chiado area the room itself was surprisingly quiet even with its central location i slept soundly i found the bed very comfortable also the room design included modern decor i liked the spacious layout

The room was a good size (very important for longer stays). it included complimentary beers in the fridge, a nice touch after a day of exploring. the location was central. Everything felt easily accessible. i appreciated the simplicity of check-in and check-out, it was well explained beforehand.
i noticed the shower took about five minutes to run hot.

while the hotel does not have its own restaurant, there are many dining options nearby (this is convenient). a full english breakfast is available for around 9 euros at nearby spots, and there are several cafes within walking distance.

the hotel's location is central with easy access to transport. it is close to a metro station, providing quick connections throughout the city. many tourist sites are also within easy walking distance (very handy).

the staff was helpful and provided clear instructions regarding entry procedures. they also offered luggage storage at a sister hotel prior to check-in. communication was primarily through whatsapp, it was efficient.

overstocked fridgemissing power plugs
I found a few things disappointing. The minibar fridge was excessively stocked with alcohol, taking up too much space. also, there were no power plugs next to the bed, difficult to charge my phone overnight. the lack of a closet was also a problem for storing clothes.

mixed feelings about the stay
delayed greetingsmall bathroom
the arrival process was not smooth. the owner told us they would meet us upon arrival. however no one greeted us after informing them in advance. a resident opened the door. later the owner contacted us via whatsapp with instructions and the room number. this felt quite impersonal and inconvenient. the toilet and bathroom were also very small i was disappointed
